This is a duplex, so your experience may vary depending on who your neighbor is. We did a long term stay and nfortunately we had someone who worked nights that had a small child. It was pretty rough, as you can hear footsteps pretty easily. We talked with the neighbor to make the best of it, but constantly running 5+ fans and still getting woken up at 2AM was not fun. The inside ammenties are pretty nice. Good kitchen, comfy beds, and good TVs. The location is decent, being close to the interstate, but beware you can hear some road noise. Neighbors seem friendly, but again, expect some noise from either dogs, music, or motorcycles. Overall, a night or two would probably be fine, but just be mindful of the risks that I mentioned above with who you're sharing a wall with and how much noise you may expirience.

The duplex is fully updated and very comfortable. Smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms. Furnature and appliances brand new. The host was able to help with any questions I had very quickly! Overall a great stay!
